Recording an international achievement on behalf of the State of Kuwait, achieved by Captain Mishari Al-Khabbaz, Director of the Scientific Club Divers Center, during his safari trip to explore Weno Island, a territory in the Federated States of Micronesia, in the Pacific Ocean, and document the sunken shipwrecks there.
