Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the camp fees.
Camp fees are non-refundable once the Child has attended the workshop(s) or participated in camp activities.
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional emergency cases and are subject to the approval of Kuwait Science Club management.
Absence, missed sessions, or withdrawal after the start of the camp will not qualify for any refund.
Kuwait Science Club reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel any workshop or activity when necessary.
2. Child Health & Medical Responsibility
The Parents confirm that the Child is in good health and medically fit to participate in the camp activities and workshops.
The Parents must inform Kuwait Science Club in advance of any medical condition, allergy, behavioral condition, special needs, or health concern related to the Child.
If the Child requires medication during camp hours, the Parents are responsible for providing the medication, submitting complete medical details, and providing clear written instructions for administration.
Kuwait Science Club shall not be responsible for any medical issue resulting from incomplete or undisclosed medical information provided by the Parents.
In emergency situations, Kuwait Science Club may contact emergency medical services and take reasonable action for the Child's safety and wellbeing.
3. General Rules
The Child must follow all safety instructions, workshop rules, and behavioral guidelines issued by Kuwait Science Club staff.
Kuwait Science Club reserves the right to suspend or remove any Child from the camp in cases of unsafe behavior, misconduct, or repeated violation of camp rules, without refund.
The Parents agree that photos or videos taken during camp activities may be used by Kuwait Science Club for educational, media, or promotional purposes unless written notice is provided in advance.
